If you had a change of heart or are not satisfied, we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in it’s original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To begin the return process, please contact us on [email protected] and include the following information:
- The order number included in your order confirmation email
- The email address used to please the order
- The full name and address of the purchaser
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
Note: Unless due to faulty, damaged or incorrect product(s) received, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
I received a faulty or incorrect item, what should I do?
We strive to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately. But sometimes mistakes do happen, and we apologize for that. Please contact us at [email protected] along with your order number and we will replace the faulty or incorrect item immediately, on us.
There was an item missing from my order, what should I do?
Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the missing item and we will dispatch the missing item immediately.
