Shipping FAQs
We only ship to the continental United States currently. Due to our warehouse location and the size and weight of our kits, the shipping cost is prohibitive to ship internationally. However, if don’t live in the continental United States are still interested in purchasing a DIY Sports Art kit, please reach out on [email protected] and we can find the best way to get our product to you.
For all orders placed a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours. If 24 hours has passed and you have not received a confirmation email for the order, please reach out immediately at [email protected].
DIY Sports Art does not offer expedited shipping as a standard option. However, if would like expedited shipping, please contact us at [email protected] and we can work out what the expedited shipping cost will be, and you can choose if you would like proceed.
Of course! You can check your order status and tracking any time after the order has been placed from your My Account page. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.
An email address is required to place your order online.
The checkout process contains three easy steps:
- Shipping
- Payment
- Order Review
For your protection, please double check your shipping information prior to submitting your order. Your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed.
You can place your order using a credit card or PayPal.
To prevent your order from being flagged or possibly rejected, enter your name in the order entry form exactly as it appears on your credit card and fill out yourcredit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.
If you are missing an item from your order please contact us on [email protected] and we will get the issue rectified.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or had a change of heart, we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in it’s original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
